Water Meets Light

GREAT! My first post! I started photography a few months ago armed with a new Canon A640 which was bought primarily to accompany me during my dive trips (chose the A640 because of its cheap-but-great underwater case). Since then, I've been trying to learn as much as I can about digital and underwater photography.

I created this photoblog to share some pictures that are rotting in my harddrive. And umm, to attract helpful tips and advice for me to be able to further improve the quality of my shots.

This photo was taken during a dive in Anilao, Batangas. I took a picture of my dive buddies who just emerged from underwater while I was in my decompression stop. I like how the light scatters as it goes through the water but what makes me really admire this picture is how the direction of the light is captured and preserved.
